Our Beginning
Kentish Kombucha is a family run business, initially producing Bergamot kombucha for ourselves and close friends. Since our first commercial fermentation in 2016 many more people (and their pets) are enjoying our fresh, unpasteurised products.
Our kombucha is nurtured on the Kentish Downs, just above Dover, using charcoal filtered water, cane sugar and quality Bergamot Tea. The result is something between apple cider vinegar and sparkling champagne with the Delicate Perfume & taste of Bergamot Oranges.
No additives, artificial flavourings or preservatives are added either during fermentation or at bottling. We ferment in small batches, using only quality ingredients. Our regular customers enjoy it’s superior taste and the beneficial qualities of Kentish Kombucha.
